The Front Desk Team Lead role at ZMC Hotels is designed for individuals who thrive in fast, fun, and friendly environments. The Front Desk Team Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring guests have seamless, enjoyable stays by addressing their questions and concerns promptly and with courtesy. Working alongside an awesome hospitality team, this role offers the chance to grow and develop customer service and leadership skills. Shifts are 8 hours long and vary between morning, afternoon, and overnight hours, promoting flexibility and work-life balance.

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and courteous service to all guests, supervising bell staff, following up on guest concerns, and maintaining room inventory to optimize revenue while keeping guest satisfaction high. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hotel front desk or customer service role preferred
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, and overnight
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle guest concerns diplomatically
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to lead a team effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Highly organized
  • Must possess a thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction
  • Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader
  • Must possess basic computational ability
  • Must possess basic computer skills

Job Duties

  • Ensure that all guests are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner and that all standards are being applied by all staff members
  • Address all guest concerns and ensure follow up is complete
  • Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenue while maintaining high levels of guest expectations
  • Supervise the activities and the service levels of the bell staff to ensure that the arrival, departures and all other guest contact are conducted in an efficient and friendly manner
