S.A.F.E. Management (Security, Athletic Facilities & Events Management) is a dedicated company specializing in providing tailored guest services, security, crowd management, and parking staffing. The company operates primarily in sports facility and special event management, offering 24/7 facility security across North Florida. S.A.F.E. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods
- Must have reliable transportation to event locations
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must complete full application process post-application submission
- Ability to handle difficult guests calmly
- Must be willing to work extended hours as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or event staffing experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Job Duties
- Assist guests by taking tickets at entry points
- Provide directions and information about the venue and events
- Serve as escalator and elevator attendants as assigned
- Stand for extended periods during events
- Monitor guest behavior and respond to disorderly or impaired individuals
- Work various shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night events
- Ensure post assignments are maintained efficiently even if the view of the event is restricted
