S.A.F.E. Management (Security, Athletic Facilities & Events Management) is a dedicated company specializing in providing tailored guest services, security, crowd management, and parking staffing. The company operates primarily in sports facility and special event management, offering 24/7 facility security across North Florida. S.A.F.E. Management is well-respected for its commitment to quality service, integrity, and enthusiasm to create a safe and enjoyable environment for attendees at various events.
S.A.F.E. Management is currently seeking motivated part-time Ushers and Ticket Takers to work at Ever Bank Stadium and multiple other event locations throughout North Florida. This role is perfect for individuals who appreciate working in dynamic, live-event settings including sports games, concerts, and special events. As a part-time Usher or Ticket Taker with S.A.F.E. Management, team members play an essential role in ensuring smooth venue operations. Duties include directing guests, managing ticket intake, assisting with escalators and elevators, and providing critical venue information. This position demands adherence to high standards of professionalism and guest service, as well as flexibility for working nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts. It requires the ability to stand for long periods, navigate stairs, and potentially work outside in varying weather conditions.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods
- Must have reliable transportation to event locations
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must complete full application process post-application submission
- Ability to handle difficult guests calmly
- Must be willing to work extended hours as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or event staffing experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Assist guests by taking tickets at entry points
- Provide directions and information about the venue and events
- Serve as escalator and elevator attendants as assigned
- Stand for extended periods during events
- Monitor guest behavior and respond to disorderly or impaired individuals
- Work various shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night events
- Ensure post assignments are maintained efficiently even if the view of the event is restricted
