Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in guest services or related field preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Basic computer skills
