Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to give and take written and oral direction
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to travel occasionally

- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Thorough knowledge of Drury Hotels policies and procedures
- Ability to train, motivate and inspire team members
- Knowledge of marketing and sales programs
- Ability to handle money and utilize office machines

Job Duties
- Assist management team with supervising front desk and guest service positions
- Ensure Drury Hotels policies and procedures are consistently communicated and followed
- Provide motivation and demonstrate positive leadership to inspire team members
- Assist with training guest service team members
- Provide courteous, efficient, friendly service to all guests and potential guests
- Respond promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests and complaints with a +1 Service Attitude
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for team members and guests
- Perform duties of guest service agent, night audit or other positions as needed
