Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Ability to give and take written and oral direction
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

  • Ability to communicate clearly in English
  • Thorough knowledge of Drury Hotels policies and procedures
  • Ability to train, motivate and inspire team members
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales programs
  • Ability to handle money and utilize office machines

Job Duties

  • Assist management team with supervising front desk and guest service positions
  • Ensure Drury Hotels policies and procedures are consistently communicated and followed
  • Provide motivation and demonstrate positive leadership to inspire team members
  • Assist with training guest service team members
  • Provide courteous, efficient, friendly service to all guests and potential guests
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests and complaints with a +1 Service Attitude
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for team members and guests
  • Perform duties of guest service agent, night audit or other positions as needed
