Employment at Spare Time offers the opportunity to be part of a community-focused team that values leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. This role is a full-time leadership position within a high-energy entertainment establishment that provides opportunities for career growth and development in hospitality and guest services.

The Front Desk Lead role at Spare Time is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of the front-of-house area. This position involves leading and supporting the front desk team while ensuring that the environment is clean, organized, and inviting for every guest who arrives. The role includes overseeing the operation of lanes, arcade, and attractions, making sure that everything runs efficiently throughout the day. Operational responsibilities include managing the point-of-sale system and handling transactions, making announcements, promoting specials, and creating a lively environment to engage guests. The Front Desk Lead is tasked with completing opening and closing duties, monitoring safety issues, responding to incidents, and generating necessary reports. Attention to detail extends to helping with equipment checks, managing supplies and vending, and performing any tasks needed to keep the facility operating smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, noisy, and high-energy environment and who enjoys leadership roles that are hands-on and interactive. Joining the Spare Time team means becoming part of a workplace that values inclusivity and equal opportunity employment, committed to supporting all team members and providing an exceptional experience for guests.
