Job Duties
- Warmly greet and welcome guests creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- Present menus offer recommendations and answer questions regarding menu items specials and dietary preferences
- Efficiently take customer orders through our point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Serve food and beverages promptly ensuring adherence to our high-quality standards
- Regularly check on guests throughout their meal to ensure complete satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area including tables and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to provide seamless service and enhance guest experiences
- Process cash and credit card transactions in compliance with company policies
- Adhere to safety sanitation and health regulations to uphold a safe dining environment
- Participate in training initiatives to improve your skills in the food service industry
