Job Description

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is a leading provider in the aesthetic care industry, known for merging medical expertise with modern beauty solutions to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Operating as a part of TAG - The Aspen Group, one of the largest consumer healthcare companies in the U.S., Chapter Aesthetic Studio stands out for its people-first culture and commitment to personalized care. TAG supports over 1,300 locations across 45 states with various healthcare brands including Aspen Dental, ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, WellNow Urgent Care, and AZPetVet. Serving over 35,000 patients daily and more than 8 million annually, TAG's robust network offers employees excellent growth potential and a stable work environment. Headquartered in Chicago, TAG emphasizes equal opportunity employment and inclusive workplace practices, ensuring a respectful and diverse environment for all team members.

The Guest Service Sales Specialist role at Chapter Aesthetic Studio is a vital part of their Green Bay location, designed for a passionate individual eager to enhance the client journey through excellent service and sales expertise. This part-time position requires availability on Saturdays and emphasizes more than traditional receptionist tasks. The specialist acts as the first and last point of contact for guests, building relationships, boosting confidence, and guiding them through their aesthetic experience. Starting pay is $18 per hour based on experience, with additional potential for monthly incentive earnings.

In this role, you will be the heartbeat of guest experiences, setting the tone from the moment a guest steps through the door. You will warmly welcome every guest, ensuring professionalism and a high energy approach, creating memorable interactions that encourage loyalty and referrals. Your responsibilities include managing front-of-studio operations such as phone handling, appointment bookings, guest check-ins and checkouts, and payment processing. A significant part of the role involves educating guests about products, services, service packages, and financing options while helping them understand the benefits of retail products and memberships like the Chapter Rewards Club.

Collaboration is key, as you will partner with clinical staff to guide guests through their treatment journey and support treatment planning. You are expected to meet and exceed sales goals related to services, memberships, and retail products, contributing directly to the studio’s growth. Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment is essential in delivering a premium guest experience.

Chapter Aesthetic Studio values individuals who bring at least two years of sales experience in fast-paced, guest-centric environments. Ideal candidates have friendly, outgoing personalities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are tech-savvy, and comfortable navigating phone systems, booking platforms, and POS software. Organization, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt under pressure are critical. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Joining Chapter Aesthetic Studio means becoming part of a modern, uplifting workspace that supports ongoing professional development, employee discounts, and career advancement opportunities across an expanding network. When you join, you contribute to a culture aimed at delivering confidence through personalized care while developing your skills in a supportive team environment. This opportunity is perfect for individuals seeking a fulfilling sales role that makes a real difference in how people feel about themselves each day.
