Headquartered in Chicago, TAG-The Aspen Group is committed to bringing better healthcare to more people.

Joining the Chapter Aesthetic Studio team in Rapid City as a Guest Service Sales Specialist offers an exciting opportunity to be the center of the guest experience in a modern, uplifting studio environment. This role is full-time and hourly, starting at $18+ per hour based on experience, with eligibility for monthly incentive pay. More than just a receptionist, the Guest Service Sales Specialist is a relationship builder, a confidence booster, and a trusted guide who warmly welcomes every guest and sets an inviting tone from the moment they arrive. This dynamic part of the team is responsible for managing front-of-studio operations including answering phones, booking appointments, processing guest check-in and check-out, and handling payments.

The role encompasses educating guests about products, services, and financing options, encouraging product sales, service packages, and memberships through the Chapter Rewards Club. The specialist collaborates closely with clinical staff to enhance each guest's treatment planning and ensures each visitor has a memorable experience that fosters loyalty and encourages referrals. Moreover, the role requires maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-ready studio environment.

Professionals who thrive in this role are friendly, outgoing, tech-savvy, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. The company values a supportive, people-first culture focused on ongoing training, professional development, employee discounts, and opportunities for career growth within their expanding studio network. Chapter Aesthetic Studio proudly offers a collaborative, team-oriented environment where each member is empowered to contribute to guest satisfaction and personal success. This is an excellent career opportunity for experienced sales professionals who are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable adapting in a fast-paced setting, seeking to make a positive impact on guests' confidence and well-being.
