Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service
  • Ability to work full-time including morning and evening shifts
  • Must be organized and motivated
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with basic computer applications
  • Ability to handle guest requests promptly and efficiently

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Make reservations via phone call
  • Process payments and deposits
  • Respond promptly to all Guest Services emails
  • Maintain front office cleanliness and organize the office
  • Restock office supplies
  • Assist with guest requests before and during their stay
  • Support arrivals and departures including paperwork, luggage handling, car assistance, concierge services, and escorting guests to accommodations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management
