Job Duties

  • Provide helpful service by greeting and assisting guests
  • Lead by example by reinforcing company culture and guiding guest service associates
  • Utilize leadership tools to coach and evaluate team members
  • Oversee guest service operations including cleanliness and functionality
  • Support guest service team by managing checkout lines and timely assistance
  • Monitor and adjust staff schedules to meet business needs while ensuring labor law compliance
  • Manage cart availability and attendance tracking
  • Maintain smooth lane flow by opening additional checkout lanes as needed
  • Enforce labor laws related to minor employees
  • Support the team with other duties as assigned
