- Experience in scheduling and operational management is a plus
- Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide helpful service by greeting and assisting guests
- Lead by example by reinforcing company culture and guiding guest service associates
- Utilize leadership tools to coach and evaluate team members
- Oversee guest service operations including cleanliness and functionality
- Support guest service team by managing checkout lines and timely assistance
- Monitor and adjust staff schedules to meet business needs while ensuring labor law compliance
- Manage cart availability and attendance tracking
- Maintain smooth lane flow by opening additional checkout lanes as needed
- Enforce labor laws related to minor employees
- Support the team with other duties as assigned
