Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least one year of customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
  • Ability to drive a manual (stick shift) vehicle strongly preferred
  • Bilingual / Spanish speaking preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend constantly
  • Ability to handle/finger constantly
  • Ability to reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, squat/kneel, sit occasionally
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to push/pull up to 40 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to work any shift including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression
  • Efficiently handle check-in and check-out, including welcome and departure calls
  • Anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns promptly, or refer them to the right team member
  • Answer phone calls, voicemails, and emails professionally and cheerfully
  • Assist with luggage and safely deliver items to guest rooms
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles, maintaining accurate valet logs and key control
  • Keep the lobby, front entrance, and bell areas neat and welcoming
  • Communicate regularly with housekeeping and maintenance to coordinate guest needs
  • Review communication logs to ensure seamless service across shifts
  • Complete shift checklists accurately and handle cash drawers with care
  • Help with concierge services, special guest requests, or minor maintenance needs as required
  • Perform other duties to support the smooth, safe operation of the property
