Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push or pull objects under 10 pounds without assistance
- Ability to perform reasonable additional tasks assigned by supervisors
- Fluency in English and/or Spanish preferred
- Non-management position
- Full-time availability

Job Duties
- Organize, confirm and process guest check-in and check-out and adapt to changes
- Ensure payments by verifying and adjusting billing as necessary
- Provide guests with room information, hotel amenities, directions and local points of interest
- Prepare daily reports and communicate necessary information to the next shift
- Complete cashier and closing reports with accurate cash handling at the end of shifts
- Accept and log wake-up call requests and forward messages to the appropriate departments
- Report emergencies, lost items or thefts to security or authorities
- Maintain contingency lists for emergencies and communicate necessary messages
