Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service preferably in event, travel, or hospitality industry
- Strong oral, written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Ability to remain calm and handle demanding customers effectively

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and busy seasonal periods
- Proven record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service position, preferably within event, travel, or hospitality industries
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach and effective communication across all levels
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
- Passion for customer care with the ability to express empathy and maintain composure with demanding clients
- Attention to detail with accurate data entry and typing skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment

Job Duties
- Field customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner via phone calls, email, and live chat
- Sell tickets and travel packages for select events
- Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism when interacting with vendors, guests, partners, clients, and peers
- Work with guests to identify specific needs and expectations including special or custom product fulfillments
- De-escalate and handle complaints or negative feedback effectively
- Maintain continuous knowledge of events and partnerships to recognize product, market, and service-related trends
- Understand and achieve profitability goals as it relates to product fulfillment and event packages
- Investigate and resolve specific client issues, escalate priority matters and route calls or issues to appropriate resources
- Perform general administrative duties such as order processing and data entry as assigned
