Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-3 years experience required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently and manage time
  • Capability to keep information organized and confidential
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google platforms
  • Physical ability to stoop, stand, climb, and lift a minimum of 25 lbs

Job Duties

  • Managing and organizing front desk activities
  • Establishing interpersonal relationships and communicating effectively with employees and visitors
  • Assisting employees with special requests and acting as an employee relations liaison
  • Greeting visitors and maintaining visitor sign-in process using the Envoy system
  • Issuing temporary badges and directing visitors while notifying company personnel
  • Following established protocols to maintain privacy and professionalism with all phone callers
  • Providing event support and assisting with property management ticket requests
  • Assisting with onsite meetings including setup and teardown, printing, and support for events
  • Receiving and distributing incoming mail and packages, managing shipments and storage areas
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy reception area and decorating for occasions
  • Assisting local employees with event or project needs such as printing and signage
