Job Requirements

- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Capability to manage cash handling and billing procedures
- Willingness to work flexible hours including standing or walking for long periods
- Skills in preparing reports and maintaining operational documentation
- Commitment to uphold quality assurance standards

Job Duties
- Organize, confirm and process guest check-ins and check-outs adapting to changes
- Ensure payments are secured by verifying and adjusting billing as necessary
- Provide guests with room assignments, hotel information, directions, amenities and local points of interest
- Prepare daily reports and review all information to communicate essential details to the next shift
- Complete cashier and closing reports, count cash accurately at the end of each shift
- Accept and log wake-up calls and forward them to the appropriate departments
- Communicate emergencies, lost items or theft incidents to authorities or security personnel
- Maintain contingency lists for emergencies and communicate necessary messages
