Employees are encouraged to contribute ideas and bring their personality to the role, fostering a collaborative environment where their contributions are genuinely recognized. The pay range for this position is competitive, ranging from $24.84 to $27.60 per hour. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interpersonal communication, have a passion for hospitality, and seek career growth in an internationally recognized company. Responsibilities extend to maintaining daily reports, reconciling financial transactions with accuracy, managing communications such as wake-up calls, and responding to emergencies or lost items efficiently.

Marriott International prides itself on diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring that all employees feel welcome and valued regardless of their backgrounds. The company offers comprehensive benefits including medical coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and various wellness programs. The workplace culture emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and community involvement, with additional employee perks such as discounts on hotel stays, food, and merchandise. Joining Residence Inn by Marriott means becoming part of a global family united by exceptional standards of guest service and hospitality excellence.

In this role, you will be standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and may be required to lift or move items weighing up to 10 pounds. You’ll work closely with colleagues, contributing to a positive atmosphere where each guest experience is crafted with care and dedication.
