Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to operate reservation and billing software
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds
- Willingness to comply with company dress code and appearance standards
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Organize and process guest check-ins and check-outs
- Manage room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations
- Secure payments and verify billing accuracy
- Activate and file room keys
- Process guest requests and relay messages
- Print contingency lists for guest records
- Identify and explain room features and property amenities to guests
- Follow up on outstanding guest requests and issues
- Run and review daily reports and logs
- Complete cashier and closing reports
- Accept and record wake-up call requests
- Count and secure bank at shift start and end
- Process various payment types and vouchers
- Notify loss prevention or security of theft reports
- Maintain company policies and safety standards
- Welcome guests and anticipate their service needs
- Assist guests with disabilities
- Maintain professional communication and teamwork
- Comply with quality assurance expectations
- Perform physical tasks including standing and lifting up to 10 pounds
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested
