Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic cash handling skills
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Job Qualifications

- Proficiency in using reservation and front desk software is preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times while providing personalized service to hotel guests
- Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members
- Greet arriving guests and complete established check-in procedures daily to ensure guest satisfaction
- Facilitate guest departures by following established procedures to close accounts and determine room availability
- Regularly calculate and post monies, receipts, and guest accounts using proper cash handling methods
- Courteously answer inquiries and accept reservations in person and by phone using PHC's reservation guidelines
- Maintain good guest relations by keeping informed about in-house and area functions
- Operate PBX equipment for incoming and outgoing calls, wake-up calls, and guest communications
- Control cash and credit transactions at the front desk and manage a personal bank as per hotel policy
- Process guest mail, messages, and faxes by receiving, sorting, notifying, and distributing timely
- Contribute to and maintain communication sources like department log books to enhance operations
- Provide assistance to other team members and departments to support the overall performance of the hotel
