Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods
- Capability to move, lift, transport or push objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
- Must comply with quality assurance standards and job expectations
- Ability to perform reasonable work-related tasks as requested by supervisors

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of billing and payment processing
- Proficiency in speaking and understanding Spanish is a plus
Job Duties
- Organize, confirm and process guest check-ins and check-outs and adapt to changes
- Ensure payments by verifying and adjusting billing as necessary
- Provide guests with room assignments and information about the hotel, directions, amenities and local points of interest
- Prepare daily reports and communicate relevant information to the next shift
- Complete cashier and closing reports and accurately count cash at the end of each shift
- Accept and record wake-up calls and communicate them to appropriate departments
- Communicate emergencies, lost items or theft cases to authorities or security personnel
- Maintain contingency lists for emergencies and communicate necessary messages
