Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work full-time or part-time between 20 to 40 hours per week
- Must be able to work some evenings and Saturdays
- Physical ability to be on feet and move throughout the salon
- Experience with point-of-sale systems preferred
- Basic knowledge of Apple software preferred
- Friendly demeanor with excellent conversational skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic cash handling
- Comfortable using Apple software and technology

Job Duties
- Greet every guest warmly and engage with them like a trusted friend
- Share detailed knowledge of Aveda products and Tangerine Salon services
- Check guests in and out using the salon's point-of-sale system with accuracy and style
- Pre-book appointments for clients to ensure continuous service and satisfaction
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the front desk and salon area, keeping it Instagram-worthy
- Support smooth salon operations by collaborating effectively with the team behind the scenes
- Manage cash drawers and daily financial reports to ensure balanced transactions
