Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED certificate
  • Aptitude for math
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous hotel front desk and SMS computer experience a plus
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Ability to work alone and overnight shifts
  • Capable of remaining awake during overnight hours

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Willingness to work overnight shifts and remain awake during those hours

Job Duties

  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Inform guests of hotel facilities at time of registration
  • Handle guest issues, complaints, and requests and pro-actively resolve satisfactorily
  • Answer guest questions regarding local area facilities and provide proper directions
  • Demonstrate proper telephone etiquette, transfer calls, and take accurate messages
  • Manage guest experience by informing about activities and dining options
  • Book activities or reservations as requested by guests
