As a Guest Service Host at CineLux Theatres, you will be joining a vibrant and fun-filled environment where your passion for movies and dedication to excellent service are valued and rewarded. This part-time role offers flexibility, accommodating between 15 to 30 hours per week and includes the opportunity to work various shifts including nights and holidays. The Guest Service Host serves as the vital first point of contact, creating memorable experiences for guests visiting the theater. Your responsibilities span diverse customer-facing areas including box office operations, ticket and gift card sales, handling guest inquiries regarding movie content, ratings, and promotions, as well as managing concession sales and food preparation with an emphasis on quality and cleanliness.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand or sit for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- physical capability to bend, reach, and lift repeatedly
- minimum three days availability per week

Job Duties
- sell tickets and gift cards to guests
