Job Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age
Strong customer service skills
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Ability to prioritize and perform a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction
Basic math skills as they apply to cash handling
Food Handlers Card required for California and Florida team members
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
Must be able to stand for long periods
Ability to work in a loud environment with flashing lights
Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays when needed

Job Duties

Maintain the daily operation of the operation
Assist guests as needed
Provide excellent guest service by answering questions
Prepare/sell food items
Restock items as needed
Must remain up to date on all current specials and promotions of the facility
Assists in merchandising functions as needed
Cash handling functions including POS system and registers
Ensures high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service in work areas
Completes opening or closing checklists as required
Other duties as assigned
