Unlike McDonald’s USA, the franchisee is a separate company and is fully responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, supervising, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA does not control these operations and will not be involved in employment decisions. If hired, your employer will be the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA.

Job Duties

  • Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering
  • Offering help with using the ordering kiosks
  • Offering assistance to those in need of some extra hands
  • Checking with guests once they have their food to ensure satisfaction
  • Ensuring kids receive a kid treat
  • Handling any concerns
  • Communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
  • Assisting with mobile and delivery orders
