The Guest Service Cashier will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks including handling incoming phone calls on a multi-line system, administering check-in and check-out procedures, coordinating appointments, and maintaining an orderly reception area. In addition, this role involves managing visitor admission protocols, managing essential office duties such as data entry, organizing paperwork, and distributing mail, and fostering effective communication between departments to support smooth business operations.
This position demands the ability to multi-task efficiently in a busy work environment while upholding high standards of professionalism. The Guest Service Cashier will also handle inquiries and resolve complaints, or refer these matters appropriately, ensuring visitor and client satisfaction. Candidates with at least a high school diploma or equivalent educational background are preferred, and an associate degree is considered a plus. Proficiency in office equipment, such as telephone systems, printers, and computers, along with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or scheduling tools, will be highly advantageous.
