The role of Guest Service Associate at Global Partners is crucial to continuing their tradition of exceptional customer service and operational excellence. This position is primarily responsible for driving a top-notch guest experience by greeting guests and ensuring an enjoyable shopping environment. The Guest Service Associate executes a variety of store-level tasks, including adhering to safety, security, and quality standards, operating the point of sale system according to corporate guidelines, and maintaining appropriate inventory levels such as cash, lottery, and tobacco products. The position also involves restocking products, completing store housekeeping duties like cleaning and trash disposal, checking in vendors, managing gas tank inventory, and other tasks assigned by management.

This role demands flexibility with working hours that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of the retail environment. Candidates must have the ability to perform basic computer functions, have reliable transportation, and be capable of working in varying temperature conditions, including outside and cooler areas. Physical requirements include climbing ladders and stairs, bending, reaching, lifting up to 25 pounds, and freely accessing all store areas. The job also requires accuracy in reading, writing, and counting to complete paperwork effectively. Additionally, Guest Service Associates support onboarding and training of new employees in this category.

The position offers competitive pay ranging from $13.94 to $17.79 per hour, with the final salary determined by factors such as experience, skills, and location.
