Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in varying temperatures
- Physical ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift or carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to access all store areas
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures including outside and cooler environments
- Physical ability to climb ladders and stairs, and lift or carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to freely access all store areas including sales floor, stock, and register
- Ability to complete job duties in a timely manner
- Ability to count, read, and write accurately
- Experience with customer service or retail preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
- Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies and procedures
- Operate point of sale according to corporate standards
- Maintain cash, lottery, and tobacco inventory levels
- Complete all store housekeeping functions including cleaning and organizing
- Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions
- Communicate with management regarding guest requests and vendor concerns
- Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines
- Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management
- Support onboarding and training of new Guest Service Associates
