Guest Service Associate/Cashier

We are currently seeking a Guest Service Associate/Cashier (GSA) to join our team and help deliver an exceptional guest experience while carrying out various essential store-level tasks. This role is critical to maintaining the high standards of customer service that our guests expect when visiting our locations. The successful candidate will have a passion for taking care of guests, a professional and positive demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently and effectively.

As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the friendly face greeting guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. You will need excellent verbal communication skills to clearly convey information and respond to guest needs. Building and maintaining strong relationships with guests to enhance their experience is a key part of this role. Additionally, the position requires responsibility and trustworthiness to manage cash transactions, lottery sales, and tobacco inventory accurately. Your organizational skills will contribute to maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment that supports smooth operations.

You will also be expected to adhere strictly to established safety, security, quality, and operational procedures to provide a safe, efficient, and enjoyable shopping experience. The role involves completing daily cleaning and restocking tasks and supporting store management by communicating guest feedback and coordinating with vendors. This position may include duties such as conducting inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.

Global Partners LP offers competitive salaries ranging between $14.01 and $17.01 per hour, with the final offer based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
