Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in guest service preferred

  • knowledge of marine and Aquarium-related information is a plus

Job Duties

  • Stand or sit for extended periods
  • work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • provide exceptional customer service
  • manage ticket and membership sales including refunds and upselling
  • greet and assist guests and groups
  • operate the 4-D Theater including loading and monitoring films and cleaning seats
  • run information stations and Virtual Reality experiences
  • monitor guest behavior in Pinniped Cove and ensure exhibit safety
  • communicate Aquarium information and upcoming events clearly
  • follow uniform and dress code guidelines
