- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
- ability to lift objects heavier than 75 pounds with assistance
- willingness to work full-time

Job Duties
- Greet and escort guests to rooms
- open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property
- inform guests of property amenities, services, and local areas of interest
- identify and explain room features to guests
- transport guest luggage to and from rooms or designated areas
- assist with luggage storage and retrieval
- assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including loading/unloading luggage
- supply guests with directions
- arrange transportation for guests and record advance requests
- communicate parking procedures
- follow all company policies and procedures
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
- monitor undesirable persons on premises
- maintain professional appearance and uniform
- maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- anticipate and address guests’ service needs
- assist individuals with disabilities
- use clear and professional communication
- answer telephones with appropriate etiquette
- develop positive working relationships
- comply with quality assurance standards
- read and verify information in various formats
- physically move and lift loads up to 50 pounds unassisted and heavier with assistance
- navigate uneven or slippery surfaces and stairs
- perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
