Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • ability to lift objects heavier than 75 pounds with assistance
  • willingness to work full-time
  • ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • must not be located remotely
  • availability for a seasonal position

Job Duties

  • Greet and escort guests to rooms
  • open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property
  • inform guests of property amenities, services, and local areas of interest
  • identify and explain room features to guests
  • transport guest luggage to and from rooms or designated areas
  • assist with luggage storage and retrieval
  • assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including loading/unloading luggage
  • supply guests with directions
  • arrange transportation for guests and record advance requests
  • communicate parking procedures
  • follow all company policies and procedures
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
  • monitor undesirable persons on premises
  • maintain professional appearance and uniform
  • maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • anticipate and address guests’ service needs
  • assist individuals with disabilities
  • use clear and professional communication
  • answer telephones with appropriate etiquette
  • develop positive working relationships
  • comply with quality assurance standards
  • read and verify information in various formats
  • physically move and lift loads up to 50 pounds unassisted and heavier with assistance
  • navigate uneven or slippery surfaces and stairs
  • perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
