Job Requirements

  • Education of high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • One to three years of prior experience in hotel or retail environment
  • Ability to comply with state gaming regulations
  • Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 20 pounds
  • Frequent walking and standing
  • Use of stairs and elevators
  • Occasional bending, kneeling, and sitting
  • Willingness to maintain confidentiality

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • One to three years of experience in hotel or high-end retail environment
  • Retail customer service training preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
  • Flexible schedule
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Job Duties

  • Check in guests courteously and efficiently
  • Process all payments according to hotel standards
  • Provide information to guests and visitors
  • Confirm reservations and complete walk-in bookings
  • Assign rooms and issue keys
  • Communicate guest requests and special needs to relevant departments
  • Process check-outs and resolve any billing discrepancies
  • Maintain guest history files
  • Assist with group check-ins and check-outs
  • Handle switchboard and reservation calls
  • Provide concierge services when needed
  • Document maintenance needs and submit work orders
