Job Requirements
- Education of high school diploma or GED equivalent
- One to three years of prior experience in hotel or retail environment
- Ability to comply with state gaming regulations
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 20 pounds
- Frequent walking and standing
- Use of stairs and elevators
- Occasional bending, kneeling, and sitting
- Willingness to maintain confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One to three years of experience in hotel or high-end retail environment
- Retail customer service training preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret instructions
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Check in guests courteously and efficiently
- Process all payments according to hotel standards
- Provide information to guests and visitors
- Confirm reservations and complete walk-in bookings
- Assign rooms and issue keys
- Communicate guest requests and special needs to relevant departments
- Process check-outs and resolve any billing discrepancies
- Maintain guest history files
- Assist with group check-ins and check-outs
- Handle switchboard and reservation calls
- Provide concierge services when needed
- Document maintenance needs and submit work orders
