As the Front Desk Agent, you will play a critical role in the daily operations of the hotel by welcoming guests, efficiently managing check-ins and check-outs, and providing timely and accurate information about the property and surrounding area. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
