Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- one to three years previous experience in hotel or high end retail environment
- ability to comply with state gaming regulations and obtain any required license
- strong communication skills
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 20lbs, pushing/pulling up to 20lbs, frequent walking and standing
- able to manage multiple guest requests and complaints
- attention to detail and accuracy with payments
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- compliance with state gaming regulations
Job Duties
- Check in and check out hotel guests courteously and efficiently
- process all payments according to established hotel requirements
- provide information to guests or visitors
- work as part of the front office team to ensure seamless guest experience
- maintain knowledge of hotel features, room types, rates, and promotions
- confirm reservations and complete walk-in registrations
- assign guest rooms and communicate messages
- issue parking passes and validate valet tickets
- handle guest requests, complaints, and room changes
- extend efforts to accommodate guests when rooms are unavailable
- generate and distribute daily and weekly reports
- process check-outs and resolve any late charges or disputed bills
- adhere to cashiering procedures including handling cash and personal checks
- assist with switchboard duties and reservation calls
- provide concierge services when necessary
- document maintenance needs and submit to management
- conduct guest room tours
