Job Requirements

  • minimum three months of hospitality or customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly and manage all check-in and check-out processes
  • provide accurate and helpful information about local attractions, dining, and entertainment
  • handle cash transactions responsibly and process payments using property management systems
  • communicate clearly with guests and team members, maintaining professionalism at all times
  • manage guest requests and resolve issues promptly
  • maintain an organized and clean front desk area
  • assist with other front office tasks as needed
