Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- one to three years of experience in a hotel or high-end retail environment
- must comply with all state gaming regulations
- ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20 pounds
- ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, sit, and climb steps frequently
- good communication skills
- ability to read and interpret instructions
- professional guest interaction

Job Duties
- Check in and check out hotel guests courteously and efficiently
- process all payments according to established hotel requirements
- provide information to guest and visitor inquiries
- maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features, room types, rates, services, and policies
- confirm reservations and assign guest rooms
- communicate VIP arrivals and special requests to designated personnel
- document and resolve guest complaints promptly
- generate daily and weekly reports
- handle cashiering procedures including adjustment vouchers, cashing personal checks, posting charges, and balancing receipts
- assist with switchboard duties and reservation calls
- provide concierge service when necessary
- support other front office areas as assigned
