The role of Guest Service Agent (GSA) at Hotel Ulysses is crucial in sustaining ASH’s cinematic hospitality vision. The GSA acts as the ultimate host, ready to engage with a diverse range of guests and cater to their needs with warmth and professionalism. This position requires a proactive and quick-thinking individual who thrives in dynamic environments and is adept at multitasking. The GSA’s responsibilities span welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, room assignments, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience. They must maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel offerings, including food and beverage services, and provide insightful recommendations to guests. Success in this role depends on strong communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality. The Guest Service Agent must embody the ASH brand’s values, demonstrating integrity, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 year minimum of front desk, concierge experience in a hotel or apartment community
