Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferably in hotel or related field
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to multitask and work quickly in guest-facing environment
- Schedule flexibility for morning, evening, weekends and holidays
- Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
- Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Physical ability to lift, push and pull at least 20 pounds

Job Duties
- Create an experience for hotel guests by offering welcoming, helpful and exceptional service
- Maintain a clean, comfortable and inviting environment
- Manage front desk operations including guest check-in and check-out
- Assist in the bar and business center areas
- Service meeting rooms for events and guest needs
- Communicate effectively with guests to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
