Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for long periods and maneuver in confined areas
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Basic computer knowledge and previous front desk experience preferred
  • Ability to respond to visual and oral signals
  • Capability to work in environments with dust, second hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels
  • Completion of background check and pre-employment drug testing where applicable

Job Qualifications

  • Must be able to work in areas containing dust, second hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibration, crowds and air quality
  • Previous computer and front desk experience preferred
  • Excellent guest communication skills
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Basic computer knowledge

Job Duties

  • Checking guests in and out of the hotel
  • Standing and maneuvering in confined area
  • Greeting and conversing with customers in English
  • Speaking clearly and communicating with guest in noisy environment
  • Responding to visual and oral signals
  • Using color monitors on computer screens
  • Addressing concerns and questions
  • Giving friendly, excellent service
  • Processing cash transactions accurately
