Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work graveyard shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Basic proficiency with computer systems
- Ability to handle cash and transactions accurately

Job Duties
- Offer guests assistance whenever possible
- Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival
- Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services
- Must appropriately address guest requests to ensure customers are satisfied with the hotels services and accommodations
- Responsible for positively representing and promoting the property
- Check guests into and out of the hotel in an accurate, speedy, and courteous manner
- Efficiently handle all payments received whether they are cash, credit card, checks or travelers checks
- Ensure that the lobby and front desk area is clean, organized, visually appealing, and well stocked with all necessary supplies
- Promotes Choice Privileges Rewards program with every guests and provides recognition and benefits to all
- Keeps a log of all guest requests and arrangements
- Assists guests with facsimiles, emails, and packages/mail
