Job Duties

  • Offer guests assistance whenever possible
  • Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival
  • Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services
  • Must appropriately address guest requests to ensure customers are satisfied with the hotels services and accommodations
  • Responsible for positively representing and promoting the property
  • Check guests into and out of the hotel in an accurate, speedy, and courteous manner
  • Efficiently handle all payments received whether they are cash, credit card, checks or travelers checks
  • Ensure that the lobby and front desk area is clean, organized, visually appealing, and well stocked with all necessary supplies
  • Promotes Choice Privileges Rewards program with every guests and provides recognition and benefits to all
  • Keeps a log of all guest requests and arrangements
  • Assists guests with facsimiles, emails, and packages/mail
