HHM Hotels is a well-established hospitality company known for delivering exceptional guest experiences through its portfolio of hotels and resorts. With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and sustainability, HHM Hotels ensures every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. The company fosters a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and professional growth, making it an ideal workplace for individuals passionate about hospitality and providing outstanding service.

As a Front Desk Associate at HHM Hotels, you will be the first point of contact for guests, playing a pivotal role in shaping their overall experience. This customer-facing role involves greeting guests warmly, managing registrations, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and addressing any guest needs promptly and courteously. The position demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a guest-centric mindset. You will handle reservations, verify payment methods, and manage guest accounts with accuracy. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

The role offers a dynamic work environment where teamwork and professionalism are emphasized. You will gain valuable experience in hotel property management systems (PMS), enhance your problem-solving skills, and contribute to the hotel's operational success. HHM Hotels supports your career progression with opportunities to advance to supervisory or managerial positions, such as Front Desk Supervisor or Front Office Manager.

This is a part-time or full-time hourly position offering competitive pay starting at $18.00 per hour. The company provides comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401k matching, and various employee wellness programs. The work schedule can be varied, including weekends, holidays, and alternate shifts, requiring some physical activity such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Joining HHM Hotels means becoming part of a team that values people, excellence, agility, and ownership. The company believes in nurturing talent and offering a supportive environment where employees can thrive both professionally and personally. If you have a high school diploma or equivalent, previous customer service experience, and a passion for hospitality, this role offers an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in the hotel industry.
