Among these roles, the position of Front Desk Agent is crucial in representing the brand's values and delivering top-tier service to all guests upon arrival and throughout their stay. The position is hourly with compensation set at $18.00 per hour, reflecting competitive wages for both part-time and full-time opportunities.\n\nThe Front Desk Agent plays a pivotal role in the daily operations of the hotel by greeting guests warmly, registering arrivals efficiently, and managing guest interactions with professionalism and courtesy aligned with the hotel's standards and sustainability policies. They also play a supportive role during peak periods by assisting in the breakfast area or helping guests with their luggage, embodying the hotel's commitment to holistic guest service.\n\nThe work environment is dynamic and requires flexibility, including varying schedules that cover holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts. The role demands physical stamina as it involves standing for extended periods, walking, and occasional lifting.
