The working environment includes variable shifts that may cover holidays, weekends, and alternative shift patterns, demanding flexibility from the candidate. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform tasks involving bending and reaching. HHM Hotels values a diverse team and supports its workforce with competitive wages, comprehensive health benefits, paid time off, retirement plans, wellness resources, and professional development programs.
Overall, joining HHM Hotels as a Guest Service Agent means becoming part of a hospitality team that puts people first, values service excellence, and fosters a positive and inclusive workplace culture aimed at both guest and employee satisfaction.
