Headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, the company operates a growing portfolio of upscale hotels throughout the United States, continually expanding to new locations. With a reputation for excellence, Drury Hotels is recognized for maintaining award-winning service standards and innovative employee programs, making it a sought-after employer in the hotel industry.

This particular opportunity is located at a newly opening Drury hotel at 812 West I-65 Service Road South, Mobile, Alabama 36609. The position offers entry-level hourly pay starting at $15.00 per hour, with considerable room for advancement through internal promotions and ongoing training.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing front desk operations like check-in and check-out, maintaining accurate guest records, handling cash transactions, and resolving guest issues promptly to ensure complete satisfaction. This position also supports food and beverage services such as the hotel’s complimentary breakfast and evening Kickback, which involves guest service, food preparation, and clean-up duties. Employees are expected to embody the Drury culture by maintaining a high standard of hospitality, integrity, and positive service attitude, promoting a welcoming environment for both guests and team members.

Additionally, the company highlights its inclusive atmosphere and a commitment to employee development, offering mentorship, cross-training, and professional growth opportunities. As the hotel is newly opening, team members joining now will play a crucial role in shaping the guest experience and hotel culture from the ground up. An ideal candidate will bring a warm, friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail. Familiarity with cash handling and office machines alongside the ability to follow directions in English is essential. Drury Hotels emphasizes hiring individuals who can work independently as scheduled, with a service-oriented mindset that reflects the company’s +1 Service attitude.
