This position demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
The role of a Guest Service Agent encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at maintaining smooth front desk operations. Understanding and executing emergency protocols is essential to maintain safety standards, including familiarity with fire alarm systems and utility shutoffs. Part of the role also involves supporting hotel security by reporting hazards and incidents promptly, completing necessary incident reports, and maintaining a clean and organized lobby and office area.
Computer proficiency is required for managing reservations, completing various forms and logs, and performing operational procedures such as system shutdowns.
