The agent will also operate telecommunication equipment, oversee safety protocols, and contribute to overall hotel security by recognizing and reporting hazards. This position may require working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as hospitality is a 24/7 industry.

Job Duties
- Be ready to begin work at the specified time
- greet guests, check them in and out with friendliness, speed and accuracy
- maintain all paperwork as required by your shift, initial and date when applicable
- maintain accuracy in handling cash, responsible for the cash drawer and balancing shift report
- operate switchboard and transfer calls as required by shift
- keep all business confidential on and off duty
- know room rates, locations, and furnishings of all rooms
