Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
- Availability to work mid to late evenings, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with reservation systems

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently while managing reservations
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Handle phone calls and emails, directing inquiries as appropriate
