Additionally, the Front Desk Agent supports service during the hotel's breakfast hours and the evening 5:30 p.m. Kickback, which may involve food preparation, setup, guest hosting, bartending, and cleanup duties. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work morning or afternoon shifts
- availability to work Fridays and/or Saturdays
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- must be able to multitask efficiently
- basic computer skills
- positive attitude and professional appearance
Job Qualifications
- Warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public
- demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- familiarity with handling money making change and using office machines
- ability to speak and receive direction in English
- willingness and ability to work alone as scheduled
Job Duties
- Serve as the happy helpful face of the hotel to guests entering and departing
- ensure exceptional positive experiences for team members and guests
- assist guests in a friendly efficient courteous and professional manner
- perform front desk functions including checking guests in and out promoting company programs maintaining guest records cash handling monitoring guest satisfaction and problem resolution
- assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service including food preparation set up guest service and clean-up
- present and maintain a high standard of integrity service and hospitality to promote the Drury culture
- ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous friendly guest service with a plus 1 Service attitude
