Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical capability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Must adhere to company safety standards
- Strong attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
- Ability to follow directions and keep accurate written records
- Ability to operate standard cleaning chemicals
Job Duties
- Clean guestrooms according to JW Marriott standards
- Sanitize all surfaces to ensure guest safety
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages
- Follow all safety and departmental policies
- Provide excellent guest service and anticipate guest needs
- Work as part of a team to uphold hotel cleanliness
