The open position focuses on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality for guest rooms and hotel public spaces. Key responsibilities consist of cleaning guest rooms according to franchise and hotel standards, ensuring security and confidentiality of guest areas, reporting maintenance issues, and handling guest complaints effectively to maintain overall satisfaction.

Job Duties

  • Be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends holidays and varied shifts
  • Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Maintain standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments
  • Observe all house and safety rules housekeeping room procedures and security procedures
  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms by category priority according to franchise and hotel standards
  • Return and restock cart at end of shift
  • Complete additional deep cleaning seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled
  • Perform other duties as assigned
