Job Duties
- Keep all guest rooms or private residences vacuumed and dusted
- ensure mirrors, furniture, floors, and bathroom fixtures are clean and mark-free
- clean equipment in guest rooms and verify working order
- clean a set number of rooms during a shift and detail clean assigned rooms per the Perfect Room Program
- remove dirty towels and sheets and replace with clean linens
- clean, dust, and sanitize all guest room areas including bedroom, living room, dining room, bathroom, and kitchen according to procedure
- make beds
- remove room service trays, dishes, and carts to service landings
- stock guest linen in appropriate storage areas and guest rooms
- retrieve and deliver guest requests and replenish guest amenities such as shampoo, lotion, and stationery
- replenish coffee, tea supplies, accompaniments, and mini-bar items
- place rooms in turndown status when cleaned
- inspect and release own rooms ensuring all standards are met and correct any deficiencies
